Growth Sales Executive For Security Solutions | Mid Level

Job Introduction:

We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Sales Executives to join our Karachi team. This role focuses on client acquisition, product promotion, and driving sales for our advanced security and fire safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships.-
• Present and promote products (Fire Doors, Road Blockers, Turnstiles, Flap Barriers, Bollards, Tyre Killers, etc.).
• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
• Assist in company registration with tenders and procurement departments.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Support marketing and sales activities in the Karachi region.

Requirements / Skills:

• 2–3 years of sales/marketing experience with a proven track record.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic technical understanding of security systems (preferred).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
