Digital Finance Adoption Advocate

Crime Victim Services Pakistan (CVSP)

Regional Manager

  • Responsible for leading in a manner that supports and guides the organization’s mission at regional level
  • Providing overall leadership and direction to the staff and organization
  • Monitoring and evaluating the program and planning accordingly
  • Managing and overseeing budgets, sponsors, donations, gifts and kind‑gift agreements and supervising record keeping

  • Signing all notes, agreements and other instruments made and entered into on behalf of the organization
  • Serving as primary spokesperson to constituents, the media and the general public
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with various organizations throughout the state and utilizing those relationships to strategically enhance the organization’s mission
  • Overseeing marketing and other communications efforts
  • Hiring, firing and supervising a large team of crime reporters and legal executives
  • Personally ensuring compliance with all laws in force
  • Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed
  • Multitasking skills and the ability to tend to multiple problems at a time
  • Experience delegating tasks to a team
  • Problem‑solving skills, especially in high‑stress situations
  • Strong knowledge of company policy, goals and standards
  • Organizational skills to manage large amounts of information
  • Ability to generate a variety of reports and presentations displaying regional performance

District Manager

Psychologist / Senior Coordinator

  • 16 years of education in Psychology or a related field
  • Hire and supervise a team of 20 Assistant Coordinators (working remotely)
  • Sift cases reported by the assistants into two categories
  • Provide psychological assistance to clients (online / face‑to‑face / etc) as per convenience
  • Forward cases other than the two categories to the CVSP head office
  • Create awareness of CVSP in the social circle
  • Compensation: 30 % of the fee received from clients who approach CVSP through the coordinator’s team; small percentage of donations from sources in case of financial need
  • Timings: No fixed timing; can work from anywhere on as‑and‑when‑available basis
  • Location: Remote / online
  • Skills: Communication, team building, problem solving, reporting

Assistant Coordinator

  • Graduation in any field or above
  • Note down any problem reported by any individual or identify matters of public importance
  • Collect supporting evidence (pictures or videos, etc.) regarding the reported issue
  • Send report to the Chairman CVSP and Senior Coordinator without fail
  • Create awareness of CVSP in the social circle
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws
  • Compensation: 30 % of the fee received from clients approached through the coordinator; percentage of donations from sources if financially deserving
  • Timings: No fixed salary or benefits; can work from anywhere on as‑and‑when‑available basis

Crime Reporter

  • Identify problems faced by personal connections or matters of public importance
  • Ensure no prior government or other support before reporting to CVSP
  • Prepare detailed reports with supporting evidence
  • Send report to CVSP and ensure compliance with laws

District Coordination Officer

  • Coordinate between CVSP and businesses, local authorities, trusts, and individuals for funding, recruiting volunteers, and task assignment
  • Skills preferred: communication, IT and social media, organization, administrative and project management, initiative, and creative problem solving

Finance Adviser

  • Promote and guide adoption of formal financial services, especially digital services and mobile wallet uptake among men and women
  • Qualified with any degree or certificate in finance
  • Skills: communication, problem solving, positive thinking

Social Worker

  • Responsible for leading in a manner that supports the organization’s mission
  • Assist clients via telephone and in person
  • Provide mental health counselling to individuals, groups or families (if a clinical social worker)
  • Conduct initial assessments to determine needs and goals
  • Research and advocate for public assistance resources
  • Communicate with client care teams
  • Refer individuals to appropriate treatment centers
  • Ensure all case files comply with policies, regulations and procedures
  • Coordinate treatment planning and maintain contact with outpatient providers
  • Engage clients in beneficial activities
  • Gather relevant information and offer support to clients and families
  • Contact and refer to other agencies and services
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
  • Participate in training, supervision and meetings
  • Watch for signs of child abuse and provide crisis intervention
  • Actively train to meet certification standards and credentialing policies
  • Ensure compliance with all laws in force
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field
  • Experience with clients affected by neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health and parental substance abuse
  • Ability to give full attention to clients, understand points and ask questions without interrupting
  • Awareness of others’ reactions and understanding why they react
  • Ability to judge costs and benefits of potential actions and choose the most appropriate
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to stay calm and empathize when clients are upset
  • Licensed clinical social worker
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention

Intelligence Officer

  • Responsible for leading in a manner that supports the organization’s mission
  • Receive and assess information on the intelligence system and disseminate to relevant parties while maintaining confidentiality and duty of care
  • Gather, research and evaluate information to identify gaps, patterns and inform briefings in accordance with legal principles
  • Prepare and deliver intelligence products that inform decision making and provide tactical advice
  • Establish and maintain networks with internal and external partners at all levels to ensure timely response and shared objectives
  • Adhere to all legal frameworks and key working principles, policies and guidance relevant to the role
  • Maintain awareness of innovation in intelligence and apply latest techniques and tactics, while ensuring compliance with laws
  • Willing to undertake training programs (Introduction to Intelligence and Introduction to Research)
  • Experience researching information from various sources
  • Experience interrogating, maintaining and utilizing data on computerized systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience preparing detailed reports and presenting information in various formats

Surveillance Officer

  • Responsible for leading in a manner that supports the organization’s mission

  • Supervise and mentor a team of around 25 Deputy Coordinators; each Deputy Coordinator is assisted by around 30 Assistant Coordinators
  • Represent CVSP as and when required
  • Accept other assignments from time to time
  • Compensation: Up to 30 % of the fee charged from clients through the coordinator’s own/team’s coordination; small percentage of donations or zakat received through their sources if financially deserving
  • Timings: No fixed salary; can work as and when available and may hold other jobs
  • Skills preferred: communication, patience, problem solving, out‑of‑box thinker
