Company Overview: The Panel and Paper Company (Pvt. Ltd.) is an Islamabad-based building materials manufacturer and distributor providing engineered panels, specialty paper facings and finishing products for construction projects across Pakistan. Role Summary: We seek a versatile Graphic Designer with administrative duties to support marketing and sales teams by producing high-impact visual assets and ensuring smooth daily office operations. The role sits within a small in-house marketing and distribution office, reporting to the Marketing/Operations Manager, and requires attention to brand consistency, timely production of collateral, and basic administrative coordination. This is an on-site, full-time position in Islamabad on a morning shift. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce print and digital collateral: brochures, product datasheets, technical spec sheets, banners, social media posts, presentation decks, and trade show graphics.
- Translate product specifications and technical data into clear, visually consistent layouts ready for print or web distribution.
- Manage and maintain brand templates, style guides, and image libraries.
- Prepare files for commercial printing: set correct color modes, bleeds, trims, and participate in proof review processes.
- Optimize graphics for web: export assets, size images, and perform basic image optimization.
- Coordinate with vendors, sales staff, and internal teams for production and delivery of marketing materials.
- Perform administrative tasks: record-keeping, document preparation, basic office software use (MS Office or Google Workspace), and general office coordination.
- Maintain organized file management and version control for design assets.
- Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work within a small cross-functional team in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
