part time Recruiter

Were looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to join our team on a flexible, remote basis. If you're experienced in full-cycle recruitment and can manage sourcing, screening, and scheduling with minimal supervision, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Post and manage job listings using your own Indeed Employer account

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements

• Coordinate interviews and serve as the main point of contact for candidates

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and deliver qualified talent

• Keep recruitment pipelines updated and organized

• Share weekly progress updates and insights

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)

• Must have access to a personal Indeed Employer account

• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple open roles

• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or basic ATS systems

Bonus Points For:

• Experience hiring for remote or international positions

• Familiarity with ATS platforms or CRM tools

• Background in industries like tech, e-commerce, customer service, or BPO
