Key Roles & Responsibilities
We’re looking for an HR Manager who will assist in two areas:
- Technical Recruitment
- Maintaining a network with potential candidates from top tier universities
- Manage end to end recruitment process i.e. talent hunting, phone screens, scheduling technical interviews with Team Leads, liaison with the candidates, offer process and onboarding.
- Representing the company in recruitment drives conducted at different universities.
- Managing hiring related posts on LinkedIn.
- People Management
- Team building through activities & trainings
- HR Policy Making
- Managing operational things related to people management example leaves record, addressing people concerns etc.

Desired Qualifications & Skills
- 3-6 years of experience as an HR Professional in Software Industry
- Some familiarity with latest software technologies
- Good written and oral communication
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
- Bachelor's degree in Business, BBIT, HR or similar domain
