QA/QC HSE Inspector

Velosi is seeking a qualified Mechanical/Civil Engineer (B.E. or DAE) with strong inspection experience to join our dedicated team for the SSGC Rehabilitation Project. The role requires expertise in project documentation, compliance, and inspection activities to ensure adherence to standards and safety requirements.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Education: Bachelor's degree/DAE in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of mechanical/civil works to ensure compliance with ASTM, ISO, API, ASME, and OSHA standards.
• Review and verify project documentation, including DPRs, NCRs, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records for audit readiness.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE protocols and project-specific requirements.
• Support project engineers and supervisors in resolving site-related issues.
• Coordinate with the client for inspection clearances, documentation submission, and compliance verification.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Report non-compliance and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree/DAE in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of inspection experience in the related field for DAE. Fresh B.E graduates may also apply.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC and HSE compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
