FAIR Consulting Group is seeking an experienced SAP BW/SAC Consultant to join our Data Analytics & AI practice in Pakistan. This is a permanent, full-time role supporting FAIR’s AMS clients, delivering SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions with a strong focus on data modelling, reporting, and analytics support.

About the role:

• Permanent, full-time role within FAIR’s Data Analytics & AI practice
• Deliver SAP BW and SAC support under an AMS engagement model
• Act as the dedicated BW/SAC consultant for assigned clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve BW data load, process chain, and performance issues
• Develop and enhance SAC stories, models, and live data connections
• Manage support tickets within SLA timelines and communicate proactively with clients
• Contribute to FAIR analytics projects, knowledge sharing, and practice growth

About you:

• Senior-level SAP BW consultant (preferably 7+ years of BW experience)
• Experienced in BW data modelling (InfoObjects, aDSO, CompositeProviders, InfoCubes)
• Comfortable managing data loads, transformations, DTPs, and process chains
• Working knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (story building, data models, live connections)
• Able to independently manage client interactions within an AMS framework
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into data models
• Proactive communicator with ownership and accountability

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) (nice to have, not mandatory)
• Understanding of BW data flow design and performance optimisation
• ABAP debugging capability within BW context
• Experience handling start-of-day (SOD) monitoring and critical production systems
• Prior experience in customer-facing managed services environments
