Credit Administrator

Minimum Education: Graduation from HEC recognized University

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• General understanding of banking products & basic terminologies
• Basic understanding of loan documentation / Islamic documentation
• Knowledge & understanding of all finance products and facilities i.e Conventional and Islamic
• Good communication and report writing skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare security / collateral documents as per approved terms & conditions
• Review of executed documents for accuracy and identify deficiencies to the concern business units for resolution and maintain follow-ups.
• Registration of hypothecation charge (initial & supplemental) with SECP.
• Registration of mortgage/token mortgage with SECP and various land authorities.
• Limit implementation (input) in core banking system as per credit approval terms
• Coordination with in house/external legal counsel to obtain opinion on properties to be mortgage with the bank.
• Clean up monitoring and recording
• Maintain follow up with relevant business and reporting exceptions
• Scanning of loan & security documents, credit approvals etc
• Lodgment of security /collateral documents in vault and maintenance of in/out register.
• Internal reporting to banks management.
• Compiling MIS related to Corporate Loans
