SEO Specialist

Astrik is hiring an SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in driving organic growth for software development and IT service companies. We’re looking for someone who understands SEO strategically and technically — someone who experiments, analyzes, and continuously optimizes to achieve measurable results.
As part of our digital growth team, you will work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to boost rankings, improve traffic quality, and strengthen Astrik’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strong on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend studies to guide content plans.
- Optimize web pages, landing pages, and blogs for ranking, performance, and search intent.
- Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and share insights with actionable recommendations.
- Plan and run backlink-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
- Monitor KPIs, track growth, and report performance metrics.
- Stay updated with algorithm changes and emerging digital trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven SEO experience (software/tech industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of algorithms, SERPs, site structure & Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
- Excellent communication & analytical thinking.
- Proactive mindset with continuous learning attitude.
