Responsibilities

Lead a dynamic team of software engineers to build next-generation content management systems.
Implement end to end Scrum process and follow it
Communicate with Product team in Berlin and make things better
Implement High Quality assurance processes
Partner with product management and feature stakeholders to determine project scope, provide regular updates, and elicit feedback.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to direct report staff, for both technical and non-technical issues. Ensure high productivity of team members. Provide support for their career growth and personal development.
Plan releases and schedule development. Provide estimates and initial assessment for proposed development tasks and features. Track and report progress of the project against key milestones. Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of feature commitments.

Job Specification

6+ years managing software development teams/Quality assurance team comprised of 5 or more engineers.
Well-versed and experienced in agile development methodologies.
Ability to quickly learn both technical and functional knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. Able to present ideas and plans clearly to both technical and functional audiences.
BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
