Quarks is seeking a skilled Art Designer to lead and inspire a creative team of four professionals. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years of experience and a strong background in graphic design, with a proven track record working in an advertising agency environment. This role demands a deep understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity development, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other digital illustration tools. The Art Designer will use their creativity and design expertise to develop compelling visual content that effectively communicates the brand's message across various media platforms. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu to enhance collaboration and client interaction within the company and with its clients. The Art Designer is also responsible for guiding the creative direction for the rest of the team they will oversee the design process from concept to final execution, mentor team members, and promote innovative design solutions. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns and shape the visual identity of Quarks and its clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative design concepts that communicate brand stories effectively and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest graphic design standards and align with brand identity guidelines.
- Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, including advertisements, logos, brochures, and social media content using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all projects by applying graphic design principles and visual storytelling techniques.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Conduct storyboarding sessions and digital illustration tasks to support campaign development and enhance creative presentations.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the team’s creative output.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and facilitate a collaborative environment to drive innovation and excellence.
