Role 

10Pearls is seeking a Senior Tester with Experience Create Manual & Automation test cases Testing the movement of data from one product to another Error handling, The role involves manual and automated testing, API and Azure-based integration testing, defect management, and regression automation using Playwright. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working in Agile environments, and the ability to ensure high-quality delivery of integration solutions. 

 

Responsibilities 

• Manage, support, and coordinate business and QA aspects of software development activities, utilizing AI tools for enhanced requirement analysis and QA of applications.  
• Lead test strategy development, ensuring it aligns with the client's business objectives and incorporates AI.  
• Research new tools and technologies including AI-based tools, and evaluate their usefulness for the team/company. 
•  Provide mentoring and on-the-job training for junior team members, emphasizing AI tool usage and best practices through learning activities and knowledge-sharing sessions, guiding them in both technical and client-facing skills.  
• Develop, publish, and implement comprehensive AI-enhanced Test Plans, using AI-driven insights for optimal coverage. 
•  Inform the supervisor about what resources will be required for software testing.  
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle, leveraging AI for continuous feedback and improvement.  
• Identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies, keeping client expectations in mind.  
• Develop and execute AI-enhanced automated test scripts for better accuracy and scalability.  
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities, incorporating AI. • Participate in the client meeting.  
• Participate in AI-assisted Manual/Automation QA Reviews for increased efficiency. 
• Participate in QA activities (e.g., Training, Snack Chat, Interview etc.).

Requirements 

• 4+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing. 
• QA Automation: Salesforce UI automation, API testing, regression testing, and end-to-end CPQ/configuration workflow validation.
• Strong experience in testing system integrations, APIs, and data movement across applications ( 
• Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions. 
• Good understanding of Azure Platform/Portal and Azure DevOps. 
• Experience in creating, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases. 
• Proficiency in Playwright for test automation. 
• Experience with SIT, UAT support, regression testing, and defect lifecycle management. 
• Strong knowledge of error handling, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. 
• Experience in documenting test scenarios, test cases, test results, and defects. 
• Ability to formulate and maintain automated regression test packs. 
• Experience working in Agile/Iterative development environments. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders. 
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
