Salesnest is seeking a Shopify Growth & Ads Manager to support direct-to-consumer brands from its Islamabad-based team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on managing Shopify stores, improving customer journeys, and scaling paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok. Key Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify store operations, merchandising, product presentation, landing pages, and conversion-rate improvement initiatives.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for acquisition and retargeting.
- Manage TikTok advertising, including audience setup, creative testing, budget allocation, and scaling winning campaigns.
- Track ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, revenue, and other performance indicators to guide decisions.
- Coordinate creative testing and translate campaign insights into stronger ads, offers, and customer experiences.
- Prepare performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability.
- Maintain testing, measurement, and optimization processes across stores and advertising accounts.
