Human Resources Manager (Pakistan)

FOCUS Canada is recruiting a Human Resources Manager, based inPakistan.

The successful candidatewillbe responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the organization’s core support functions, and reports to the CEO. Working along with the Senior Leadership Team, the HR Manager will ensure that human capital management mechanisms are efficient, compliant, cost-effective, robust, and aligned with the organization’s humanitarian mission. The role further ensures that the organization’s people, systems, and processes effectively support programme delivery, donor compliance, and long-term institutional sustainability.
