JOB DETAILS:

Qualification & Experience:

Fresh CA / ACMA

Or

ACCA / MBA in Finance with at least 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance and applicable accounting procedures are being implemented for Meter Manufacturing Plant.
• Ensure timely closure of accounts pertaining to Meter Manufacturing Plant.
• Review monthly/ quarterly / annual Profit & loss accounts of Meter Manufacturing Plant.
• Review monthly/ quarterly / annual MIS reports based on Profit & loss accounts Meter Manufacturing Plant for representation to senior management.
• Review budgets of Meter Manufacturing Plant in coordination with relevant business departments;
• Facilitate supervisor in preparing budgeted profit & loss accounts of ring fenced business to RA department for submission of Estimated Revenue Requirements with OGRA;
• Facilitate supervisor in preparing cost of meters on request of Meter Plant division as per their provided assumptions to assist the senior management in computation of price for meter and spare parts in response to tender inquiries by SNGPL;
• Review cost of sub-assemblies of Meters on request of Meter Plant Division;
• Conduct periodical reviews of BOM of Meters in the Oracle manufacturing module;
• Review Ad-HOC analysis of Meter Manufacturing Plant as required by senior management;
• Coordinate with external auditor' / Government auditors with regard to audit of Meter Manufacturing Plant.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
• Undertake any other task as assigned by the supervisor.
