About the role MT Communications, a telecommunications firm in Rawalpindi, is seeking motivated Cold Callers to join the customer outreach team. Working onsite, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers across Pakistan to generate interest in services, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team. Key responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls using provided leads and call lists.
- Introduce MT Communications services clearly and persuasively, tailoring the pitch to prospects.
- Qualify leads by asking targeted questions and recording responses accurately in the CRM.
- Handle objections calmly and professionally and escalate when appropriate.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to the sales team.
- Maintain up-to-date call notes, follow-up reminders, and meet daily/weekly outreach targets.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities.
