Deputy Chief Manager – Operating Cost / Benchmarking

JOB DETAILS:
Qualification & Experience:
CA / ACMA with at least 04 years of post-qualification experience or ACCA / MBA with at least 06 years of experience. Must have experience of Rules & Regulations of Regulatory Framework.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and collect data from relevant departments at specified time intervals to prepare and file tariff petitions.
- Supervise preparation of Transmission and Distribution (T&D) cost annexures for revenue requirement Petitions.
- Supervise in preparation of OGRA’s Annual Report.
- Knowledge of HR benchmarking and doubtful debts benchmarking in comparison to OGRA’s policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with HR Department and Payroll section for financial projection of HR Cost and Physical nos.
- Support Legal Department regarding OGRA related Court Cases relating to revenue requirement.
- Ensure to monitor risks and response strategies under their management.
- Undertake any other assignment as instructed by senior management.
