We are hiring a Admissions & Enrollment Executive / Call Center Sales Representative with BPO or call center experience to manage student inquiries and convert leads into enrolled students. This role requires strong tele-sales, customer handling, and enrollment coordination skills . You will be the first point of contact for potential students, providing course information, assisting with online registration, and ensuring payment verification.
This is an on-site, full-time sales position in Rawalpindi for individuals who thrive in target-driven, fast-paced sales environments .
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls , WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries
- Convert leads into active enrollments through persuasive communication
- Guide students through the online registration portal and resolve technical issues
- Collect and verify Proof of Payment (PoP) to complete onboarding
- Coordinate with Sales Team and Cluster Managers to ensure student success
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
- 1–2 years in
- Call Center Sales, BPO, Telemarketing, Customer Support, or Inside Sales
- Education:
- Languages: Fluent in English and Urdu (required)
- Salary: Rs 45,000 – Rs 100,000 per month
