Zoe Solutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our remote team based in Pakistan. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of U.S. GAAP and at least three years of practical accounting experience. This role involves independently managing the full accounting cycle, maintaining accurate financial books, performing account reconciliations, and preparing monthly financial statements. The Staff Accountant will support various facets of accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and general ledger management, while ensuring compliance with established financial reporting standards. The Staff Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of Zoe Solutions LLC's financial data and supporting management reporting. This position demands a strong command of accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero, along with advanced Excel skills. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, it requires a high level of accountability, organization, and communication to effectively collaborate remotely and contribute to the companys financial operations. Experience in Amazon or e-commerce accounting is highly valued due to the companys business focus on these sectors.
Responsibilities

Manage the full accounting cycle including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and general ledger activity.
Prepare and review monthly financial statements ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP.
Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
Handle month-end and year-end close processes efficiently and accurately.
Maintain and update accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, inventory, and cost of goods sold schedules.
Support cash-flow analysis and assist with management reporting for informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
Utilize QuickBooks, Xero, and financial reporting software to maintain and consolidate financial data.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
Assist with tax compliance activities and ensure all financial reports meet regulatory standards.
Work independently with strong attention to detail and maintain organized financial records.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify accounting issues and support business operations.
Leverage experience in e-commerce accounting to handle settlement reconciliations, fee management, refunds, and inventory accounting.
