About the Role

Our client is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurses to provide personalized healthcare support and daily patient care. This role requires experienced nursing professionals who can deliver high-quality medical assistance, monitor patient well-being, and ensure patient comfort while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with wheelchair-bound patients and possess strong clinical knowledge in patient care, monitoring, and medical support.

Key Responsibilities

Administer personalized medical care tailored to the patient's specific healthcare requirements.
Manage patient transfers, medication administration, intermittent catheterization, and daily care activities.
Monitor vital signs and overall health status while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
Communicate health updates and any changes in patient condition promptly and appropriately.
Travel with the client as required and provide continuous care and support during travel.
Assist with daily living activities while ensuring patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Perform intermittent catheterization using sterile techniques and established clinical protocols.
Maintain high standards of patient safety, hygiene, and infection control practices.
Provide emotional support and professional nursing care while ensuring patient well-being.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members when required to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Qualified Nurse with relevant professional credentials.
Minimum 1 year of hospital experience.
Experience working with wheelchair-bound patients.
Previous exposure to ICU or Urology units will be highly preferred.
Strong understanding of patient care, monitoring, and clinical nursing procedures.
Ability to perform intermittent catheterization safely and effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently as required.
Strong interpersonal and caregiving skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
