An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team in the North West and assist with mostly operational aspects of managing the hospice care at home team. You will have relevant experience, preferably in palliative care and you will be investing your time training and developing our HCA's, participating in audits, taking part in patient visits, and observational visits in order to ensure care being delivered is up to standard.

What we are looking for:
- Be a UK licensed driver with access to a car and business insurance is essential
- RN Registration Level 1
- Experience in NHS or another relevant care setting in palliative care
- Ability to work in a complex and stressful environment and demonstrate appropriate coping mechanisms

Using evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high quality, you will work collaboratively in the assessment and evaluation of patient care. Supporting the team of healthcare assistants, you will ensure appropriate clinical care is delivered to enable palliative care patients to stay in their own home
The Marie Curie Nursing Service is deployed in geographical regions which contain a series of smaller teams that are designed to provide a supportive staffing network.
