Key Responsibilities: • Execute safe and efficient rigging operations for the installation, movement, and securing of outdoor structures and equipment.

• Operate cranes and other lifting machinery in accordance with strict safety protocols and operational guidelines.

• Ensure all loads are properly secured and balanced before and during lifting and movement.

• Construct and dismantle scaffolding safely and effectively to provide access for installation and maintenance tasks.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of rigging equipment, tools, and machinery, reporting any defects or issues.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to plan and execute installation tasks, adhering to project timelines.

• Maintain a keen attention to detail to ensure all work is performed to the highest safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications: Experience: • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in rigging and outdoor installation environments.

Certifications: • Valid Rigger Certification.

• Valid Working at Heights Certification.

• Valid First Aid Certification.

Skills: • Proficiency in various rigging techniques, including load calculation and sling selection.

• Experience with crane operation and related safety procedures.

• Strong understanding of load securement principles and practices.

• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and hazard identification for outdoor and height-based work.

• Skilled in height access techniques and procedures.

• Competency in scaffolding erection and dismantling.

• Proficient in the use of various hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Effective verbal communication skills.

• Must possess excellent physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Preferred Qualifications: • Proficiency in English for enhanced communication on diverse project teams.
