Job Specification :

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design and social media management.
Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media graphics.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing social media accounts.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Excellent design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design specifications.
Intermediate command in English for creating graphics, writing social posts and responding to queries.
Flexible working hours, including availability during Canada/America hours when required.
Reliable equipment and internet connection.

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing designs for digital media, including websites, social media graphics, logos, stickers, gifs and other marketing materials.
Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize content and strategies.
Create visual concepts that align with the brand identity and messaging.
Perform other design and social media related tasks as assigned.
Reply appropriately to public queries on social media and community chats.

Bonus Points (not required):

Previous experience in the software industry.
Familiarity with WhatsApp and Telegram.
Experience with community management and customer service.
Experience with motion graphics and animation through any software the candidate is comfortable with.
Video creation and editing skills through any software the candidate is comfortable with.
Bachelor's degree is preferred in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
