HABIB GULZAR group is a well-renowned business family of Afghanistan and doing business since 1940. about us 1940 – Established the first distribution business “Gulzar Trading Company”. 1960 – Put up a textile mill (first manufacturing business) “Nasaji Nangarhar Limited” in Jalalabad City. 1976 – Restructured the business and expanded the distribution network to the whole of Afghanistan & neighboring countries with the name of “Habib Gulzar Limited”. 1995 – Established “Habib Gulzar International LLC” in UAE for overseas operations. Apart from multimillion US$ investment in state-of-the-art Coca-Cola Bottling Plant and real estate, the Habib Gulzar group is a national distributors of different multinational companies including Toyota, Phillip Morris, Japan Tobacco, Continental Biscuits, Kraft, and Packages Limited.

Job Summary

This position is the most significant position in daily operations of sales department at specific allocated zone, directly involves in selling company SKUs, further, market development and public relation development are other key responsibilities. Sales supervisor will play a role to bridge between the market and company in close coordination with the allocated distributor at the specific market, region or station.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and public relation with the special reference to his assigned area.

- Visit on daily basis to his assigned area and insure proper supply of product to his market.

- Prepare market visit report on daily basis and submitted to out stations Sales Manager.

- Initiate and analyze market demand for promotional and merchandising material of his area and coordinate with MSS for the supply of the same to the market.

- Monitor and control the pre-sellers / spot sellers and other team members of his area for proper execution.

- Organize, maintain and execute the daily activities of his assigned territory.

- Coordinate with the other members of sales team in smooth functioning of sales department activities.

- Coordinate with pre-sellers or spot sellers of his area in demand generation and execution of demand.

- Guide, control and motivate salesmen, drivers and helpers of his allocated area in day to day affairs for an effective execution.

- Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budget at specific region.

- Train his team on daily, weekly and monthly basis to increase the level of capacity building with in the region.

- Maintain and develop a computerized and prospect data base of key accounts through sales coordinator.

- Maintain and develop corporate image, protect and develop the company brand via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.

- To obey and perform any other official duty assigned by his senior to the entire satisfaction.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business.

- At least 5 to 8 years of professional experience in marketing and sales especially as Sales Supervisor.

- Be able to speak local languages and fluent English.

- Working experience with beverage or FMCG companies specifically as Sales Supervisor.

- Leadership skills to manage and lead the team.

- Computer skills are must.

- Strong management and leadership skills.

- Full familiarity with allocated region and its stations.
