About the Role

Our client a well-established leader in the chemical manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations and support the companys long-term growth. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving financial planning risk management and operational excellence across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial functions including accounting budgeting forecasting and cash flow management.
Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure sustainable business growth and profitability.
Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to the management and board.
Ensure compliance with local laws tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Lead and mentor the finance team to improve efficiency accountability and analytical capabilities.
Manage relationships with banks auditors regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion investments and cost optimization initiatives.
Evaluate financial risks propose mitigation strategies and maintain robust internal controls.
Prepare detailed financial reports and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Drive digital transformation and system improvements in financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) ACCA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 1015 years of financial leadership experience preferably in the chemical or manufacturing sector .
Proven expertise in strategic financial planning cost control and operational finance.
Strong understanding of taxation compliance and ERP-based financial systems.
Exceptional analytical leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
