Creative Content Specialist

We are a new skincare startup based in Lahore. We combine nature with data to solve real skin problems. We are looking for a creative storyteller who can build our brand’s visual identity from the ground up.

Role Overview

You will be the voice and eyes of Luma Labs. Your main job is to create high-quality video content that educates and excites our customers. You will shoot products, edit videos, and manage our social media presence. We need someone who understands aesthetic but also knows how to sell a story.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production and Posts Design (Shooting & Editing): Conceptualize, shoot, and edit Reels/TikToks. Skilled in mobile videography, lighting, editing using CapCut, VN, or Premiere Pro, and some skills in Photoshop, Canva and image editing.
• Visual Storytelling: Translate technical product details into interesting stories and explain why a product works in a way that makes people stop scrolling.
• Social Media Management: Manage our Instagram and TikTok – plan the schedule, write captions, and reply to comments to build a community.
• Trend Adaptation: Keep an eye on trending audio and video formats and adapt them quickly to fit our brand.
• AI Integration (Bonus): Open to using AI tools (like ChatGPT for script ideas or AI video tools for cool effects) to speed up your workflow.

Requirements

• Strong Portfolio: Share links to previous video work. We want to see your sense of lighting, pacing, and music.
• Aesthetic Sense: Understand how to make a product look premium. Pay attention to background, colors, and composition.
• Copywriting: Write clear and engaging captions. Know the difference between writing for a brand and writing for a personal blog.
• Tech‑Savvy: Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Runway, etc.) is a huge plus but not required. We value willingness to learn new tech.
• On‑Site Availability: You need to be in the office/studio to handle physical product shoots.
• Required Task: To be considered, please include a short answer to the prompt – "Pick a common household item (like a water bottle or a pen). Write 3 headlines/hooks you would use in the first 3 seconds of a Reel to make people watch the whole video." (Example Hook: "Stop drinking water the wrong way.")
