We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our hospital. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management from a reputed university, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including payroll management, maintenance of employee files, contract management, recruitment, and decruitment processes. Proficiency in Excel is a must for this role.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
Collaborate with finance department to address any payroll-related issues.
Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations.
Employee File Management:
Maintain organized and up-to-date employee files.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Handle confidential information with integrity.
Contract Management:
Draft, review, and update employment contracts.
Ensure contracts comply with relevant legal requirements.
Address any contract-related queries from employees.
Recruitment:
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
Decruitment:
Develop and implement processes for employee exits, including resignations, terminations, and retirements.
Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Excel Proficiency:
Utilize Excel to analyze HR data and generate reports.
Maintain databases and spreadsheets related to HR functions.
Develop and streamline HR processes using Excel tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field from a reputed university.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles.
In-depth understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
Strong knowledge of employee file management and data protection principles.
Experience in drafting and reviewing employment contracts.
Proven track record in recruitment and selection processes.
Familiarity with decruitment procedures and best practices.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
