Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition and Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and a strong understanding of generalist HR functions. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive key HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational goals.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Generalist HR Responsibilities

Support HR operations, including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit processes).
Assist in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
Address employee queries regarding benefits, policies, and other HR-related matters.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and generalist HR functions.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, HR systems, and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in managing HR metrics and preparing reports for management review.

Preferred Skills

Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
Experience with HR software like SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.
Exposure to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
