Job Responsibilities:

Assist the field team in organizing and delivering the community awareness session.
Answer legal queries from the communities during awareness sessions.
Document queries from the communities on the advice form and update program records.
Conducting interviews with clients.
Coordinate with clients on a daily basis, and give updates to the clients.
Updating the data in CMS.
Conducting meetings with LAS Stakeholders.
Managing and updating the case files.
Diligently proceeding with cases on a daily basis before courts and tribunals.
Drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, written statements, petitions, and all documents related to ligation.
Conducting research.

Requirements and Core Competencies:

Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
Minimum of two years of post-qualification litigation and community-based experience.
Strong research and drafting skills.
Adequate knowledge of family laws.
Commitment to social justice and advocacy for marginalized communities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
